Cleo's Cat Cafe is focused on bringing people together over their love of cats and finding new homes for our furry friends.

We also hope our customers will make fun memories listening to music, playing video/board games, or just vibing with the cats!

Our Cats! (Not for adoption)
Finley is a 2 year old Russian Blue and can most often be found in the Cat Lofts of the cafe. Make sure to thank her for the time she spends as property manager of Cleo's Cat Lofts
Margaux is a 3 year old Bombay, often referred to as queen Marg, she is our resident escape artist often trying to sneak into the prep room to spend time with her hoomans
Who Do We Work With?
Halo's Home Animal Rescue is based in Scott County, TN and they do incredible work taking care of animals in the area that would otherwise be at risk. We are so grateful to partner with them!
We source many delicious Bakery goods from Millborne such as cinnamon rolls, caramel pecan rolls, cupcakes, and macarons. They are just a few minutes away from us here in Oak Ridge.
Our coffee & espresso beans come from Coal Creek Coffee Roasters which ethically sources their beans which is very important to us here at Cleo's. They are also a LOCAL roaster!
We have AMAZING fudge and cookies that we get from Old South Candy which is located in Knoxville where the owner is from!
