To enter our cat lounge customers must sign a waiver and the fee is $10 per person.

This fee helps us stay in business and keeps our kitties taken care of. We have the lowest entry fee for a cat lounge in TN that we know of, other prices range from $11-15 and many limit the visit to one hour. As of now we have no time limit in place but this could change down the road if crowding becomes an issue.

What are the rules?

Respect the Cats: Let the cats come to you—do not chase, pull tails, ears, or fur.

Gentle Interaction: Use soft voices and gentle movements. Avoid waking sleeping cats.

Hygiene First: Sanitize your hands before and after entering the lounge.

Food and Drink: Only food and drinks purchased at Cleo’s Cat Cafe are allowed in the lounge.​ Please do not leave food unattended as the cats may try to eat it.

Closed doors: Make sure one door is closed before opening another to prevent cats from escaping.

Rules for parents with kids 10 and under

Parental Supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
No more than two children per adult in the lounge. -
GENTLE Interactions: Teach your child to pet cats gently with one hand and avoid sensitive areas like their belly. Running, shouting, or chasing cats is not allowed.

Restricted Activities: Children under 10 should not pick up the cats.

What is there to do?
Of course our kitties are the primary attraction but while you're spending time with them you can play video games, board games, color, or just relax and enjoy a coffee, latte, or one of our delicious baked goods.

If you're not wanting to come back to the cat lounge you can always relax in our lobby and read book, play a card game, or just hang out.
